Vale Bridgecraft have been making quality sofas and chairs in West Yorkshire for over 100 years.
Collections feature beautifully handcrafted, high quality pieces of upholstery made from fabrics sourced from the finest mills in the world. A wide choice of styles and designs of sofas and chairs with various options such as with or without wings, low or high arms, upholstered or wooden arm facings, self piped or corded and even options of small or standard arm! There are ladies and gents sizes on many of the armchairs and settees and these have varying seat depths and also heights of the back. Such a choice is simply not available in any other UK manufactured range of upholstery.
Only solid Beech and Birch hardwoods are used for their frames which come from managed forests, complying with FSC and PEFC sustainability standards.The frames are screwed, glued and double dowelled and are just so stable. These sit on metal shepherd casters or wooden legs with solid brass casters below. Cushions are reversible in most cases and the interiors can be selected between different firmnesses.
